How we operate · Our development · Corporate facts

Critical situations require ownership, not another layer of logistics.

AAT Forwarding is a young company, deliberately so. What we bring is not decades of history — it is a defined way of taking responsibility when a normal process has already failed.

Why the company exists

Transport is often not the first problem.

Companies do not call us because they need a shipment moved. They call because something has already gone wrong: the part was released too late, the carrier did not collect, the device is in a hotel two thousand miles away and the employee is already home. In every one of those cases the transport is the last step, not the first problem.

The gap AAT Forwarding exists to fill is ownership. Standard logistics is built to execute a defined instruction efficiently. It is not built to work out who is holding your asset, what release conditions apply, and which routing genuinely serves your deadline — and then answer for the outcome.

How we operate

One call. One owner. One outcome.

You brief us once. A single person then owns the situation and stays reachable until it closes. No queue, no ticket number, no handoff between departments — because in a critical situation, every handoff is a place where information and time are lost.

Custody is a person, not a process

Where the situation requires it, a named courier holds the item personally. Responsibility is documented at every change of hands, and a case closes on evidence of handover to a named recipient rather than on an assumption of delivery.

Two different situations, never one speed scale

We distinguish strictly between a shipment that is still under your control — which is a courier and timing question, answered by On-Board Courier or Next Flight Out OBC — and an asset that is outside your control, which is Critical Asset Return. The second is not a faster version of the first. It is a different problem that begins before any transport question exists.

We tell you what is possible

No routing is promised before it is verified, and we will say when the earliest option on a screen does not actually serve your deadline. An operational answer is more useful to you than an optimistic one.

International by design

The situations we handle rarely respect borders: an asset in one country, a deadline in another, a custodian who needs convincing in a third. AAT Forwarding was built for that from the start.
