Which of these matches your situation?
The entry sets the context. It does not choose a product — that follows from the facts of your case.
It is ready and needs a dedicated courier.
Someone must travel with it and hold custody the whole way.
Entry BIt is ready now and must be on the next suitable flight.
The next departure is the constraint that governs everything.
Entry CSomething critical is outside our control and has to be brought back.
Left at a hotel, held by a third party, in a lost-and-found, with a custodian.
Entry DI will describe the situation.
We will work out the route.
What we will ask for
Choosing an entry above opens an email to our operations desk with the relevant questions already set out. Fill in what you know and send it — an incomplete case is fine, and Operations will tell you what is still needed.
- The situation — what has happened, in your own words.
- The item — what it is, and where it is now.
- Who controls it — you, or someone else. This is the question that decides the operational route.
- The deadline — by when it has to be there, and what happens if it is not.
- Contact — who we speak to, and who can release and receive.
What happens next
Operations replies with a case reference. One named owner takes the case and confirms what is operationally possible — routing, feasibility and timing are confirmed by a person, never auto-generated.
