What is Critical Asset Return?
The controlled return of a critical business asset that is outside your control and has to be brought back under it. You supply the location. We verify with that location, coordinate access and release, take custody, return the asset and confirm the handover.
When does Critical Asset Return apply?
Whenever the asset is no longer in your hands and someone else is holding it — a hotel, a venue, a lost-and-found, a custodian, a former employee. It applies regardless of how urgent the return is: urgency never changes the product type. AAT Forwarding does not search for, trace or investigate the whereabouts of an asset.
