Written intake
Which of these do you need?
Each card says in plain words what it covers. The form then asks for the facts Operations plan with — where, when and what travels — not for a story.
Already a customer of AAT? Sign in to the customer portal — your cases in one place, and new requests with your details already filled in.
A dedicated courier carries it.
Ready, and someone must travel with it and hold custody the whole way — planned around when it is ready, not tied to the next departure.
NFO OBC — Next Flight OutUrgent: it has to be on the next suitable flight.
Ready now, and the next departure is the constraint that governs everything.
Critical Asset ReturnSomething critical is outside our control and has to be brought back.
Left at a hotel, held by a third party, in a lost-and-found, with a custodian.
What we will ask for
Choosing a card above opens the request form here. Fill in what you know and send it — an incomplete request is fine, and Operations will tell you what is still needed.
- The situation — chosen from a short list.
- Where — where we collect it, or for a return where the asset is now and who holds it; and where it has to go.
- When — when it is ready, and by when it has to be there.
- What travels — each article on its own line: what it is, how many, size, weight, HS code, value and country of origin, dangerous goods with the UN number, and the temperature it needs. And the customs papers — an ATA Carnet or an export declaration.
- Contact — whom we speak to.
What happens next
Your request goes straight to our operations desk, and the page gives you its case reference. One named owner takes the case and confirms what is operationally possible — routing, feasibility and timing are confirmed by a person, never auto-generated.
If the form does not open, call us — 24/7. Personal data you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
