An installation, exhibition or event has a fixed window that cannot move.

By the time AAT Forwarding is called, the standard process has usually already failed or cannot commit. What is needed is not another booking — it is someone taking the situation over.
What can make an event or installation window critical
An installation, exhibition or event runs against a build schedule that other trades depend on. Venue access is normally granted in defined windows, and once a window closes the next one may be a day later or may not exist. There is no second attempt: the delivery either lands inside the window or the window is gone.
What usually needs to be established first
- The venue's access and loading times, which are often narrower than the event's own hours.
- Whether dock booking, credentials or site passes are required for the person delivering.
- A named on-site contact who will be present during the window and can accept the item.
- Whether the item has to be at the stand or position itself, rather than at a central goods area.
Where the operational constraint usually sits
The binding constraint is the venue rather than the routing. An arrival in the city hours early is of no use if the loading window has closed or nobody credentialed is on site to receive. Planning normally works backwards from the access window.
Something stops.
A component is missing, a document has not moved, or an asset is no longer where your business controls it.
One owner is assigned.

Which route this usually takes
If the item is in your hands, this is normally handled as a dedicated courier movement — On-Board Courier, or Next Flight Out OBC if it is ready now and the next suitable flight is the constraint. If it is being held by someone else — a hotel, a venue, a third party, a custodian — it is a Critical Asset Return.
